The role: The role will support the Finance Director of MyRepublic Digital (PlatformCo) in the following -

• Finance Business Partnership requirements for the PlatformCo : developing budget, models, databases, reporting and also in supporting relevant business/functional heads to understand their performance vs budget and reforecast when required and to support ad-hoc decision support cases
• Supporting M&A Activities: maintaining the financial data repository and supporting on modeling as necessary

How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:

• Develop the detailed budget models and map Cost centers to respective expense budgets of PlatformCo
• Develop and Update KPI files and maintain financial and operational database for this to be used by Business and decision makers. Responsible for submissions and quality control.
• Work with Group Finance in Monthly Close activities. Review the BU’s revenue and Cost P/L as part of monthly close against budget. Prepare monthly management accounts for PlatformCo to the Budget owners
• Responsible for Management Reporting Timetables and setting up of the financial reviews for MyRepublic Digital
• Perform insightful analysis on performance of the BU and support the prioritization of opex/capex/project spend
• Approve PRs for PlatformCo and track against the budget and support relevant Budget owners on decision support
• Monitor cashflow and ensure in line with KPIs
• Support Finance Director in any other activities required for PlatformCo business including investor and shareholder materials, board presentations, due diligence matters and M&A support

Qualifications
We think you’ll fit in great with us if you:

• 7 years experience in relevant role
• Knowledge of SaaS/ IT Services business model and relevant KPIs
• Advanced excel and strong modelling skills.
• Knowledge of accounting rules and ability to model B/S and cashflow accurately is expected
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Professional Accounting qualification such as CA / CPA / CFA preferred
• Powerpoint presentation skills
