Job Description

- Develop and analyze the factory's annual business and operating plans.

Establish and improve financial processes with the goal of enhancing operational efficiency.

Conduct analysis of business data and financial reports to aid risk control.

Review factory financial documents and oversee annual, quarterly, and monthly budget planning, fund allocation, and coordination.

Initiate and implement programs in alignment with group policies.

Requirements

- Diploma and above qualifications in finance, accounting, or related field.

5+ years of experience in related role, those with experience in accounting firm or in corporate business data analysis are preferred.

Strong skills in financial data analysis, with excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in MS office applications.
