Job Profile Summary:
You will provide sound insurance and reliable financial advice to bank customers by analyzing their financial needs and exceeding their service expectations. FSCs are also to maintain a strong rapport with the bank partners and grow and strengthen relationship with bank customers.

Provide sound & reliable financial advice to bank customers:Stationed in bank branch to provide financial solutions to customers Establish customers' financial goals Determine their current financial situations to identify any shortfalls Develop wealth management strategies to plan for their future Customize solutions for individual needs and regularly review financial plans Be a financial solutions provider who provides affordable solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals Act as financial coach to provide guidance on saving

Maintain strong rapport with bank partner:Work closely with branch staff to provide innovative product solutions to address customers' health protection and long-term savings and investment needs Develop & grow the business portfolio with bank partner to achieve premium growth & underwriting profit objectives

Grow & strengthen relationship with customers:Foster and enhance relationships with partners' customers, with special focus on Prudential range of insurance products to complement the customers' existing financial and investment portfolio Provide quality, efficient after sales services

Working ExperienceMinimum 4 years of relevant working experience in insurance
