Job Description

The Supervisor for Financial Reporting leads the General Ledger and Financial Planning teams in delivering operational excellence for total company internal Financial Accounting and Reporting activities.Moreover, the supervisor for Financial Reporting ensures proper recognition and maintenance of the following General Ledgers in SAP B1:

• All asset accounts except Cash, Trade AR, Non-trade AR, Trade Inventory
• All Liability accounts except Trade AP and Non-trade AP accounts
• All Capital accounts
• All Profit and Loss accounts except Sales Revenue, Cost of Sales and Depreciation Expense accounts

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 1.General Ledger Team

• Financial Controlling,
• Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements,
• Lead and Facilitate Month-end closing,

2.Financial Planning Team

• Financial Controlling,
• Lead the Financial Budget and Forecasting activities
• Preparation of Rolling Forecasts,
• Variance Reporting

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Preferably a Certificate Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must have a working knowledge in SAP Business One
• Required Skill(s): Accounting Skills, Leadership Skills, Analytical Skills, Computer Skills and Communication skills
• With good work ethics and professional appearance is a plus
• Amenable to work on site - Binondo Office.
