Job Description
This role will provide customer service for walk in customer into SingPost\'s post office and identify potential customers who are exploring financial services with our partnered bank.
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers to offer customers a good service experience.
- Generate leads and referrals for insurance, and banking and financing solutions (B2C)
- To introduce a range of Financial Services to our customer within the Post Office or Roadshow
- Actively assist our customers in areas of need within the lobby environment
- Has customer service and sales experience in retail / financial industries
