Job Description




In this role, you will be supporting clients to

  • Transform HR function that enhance service delivery, enable innovation, and reenergise the employee experience for the client.
  • Manage complex HR Transformation Programs to design, develop & implement HR Operating Model & Solutions.
  • Understand analysis of the as-is and to-be HR processes and support with business development activities ( e.g. Client Meetings, Conduct Surveys, Event Planning etc)
  • Lead the Design of HR business processes based on client requirements and conduct user review sessions
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with client stakeholders
  • Works with the business sponsors to identify the programme vision, deliverables/objectives and design principles.
  • Participate in client engagement delivery teams who are executing engagements involving HR strategy, HR transformation, vendor sourcing or selection to deliver the agreed outcomes
  • Creates the case for change through working with the business to identify the key business drivers and the change that is required within the HR function
  • Manages the programmes budget and costs and keeps track of the benefits to the business.
  • Accountability for ensuring that all HR Programmes have a robust project plan and that they are able to deliver the key milestones in a timely manner within budget.
  • Demonstrate ability to oversee and support team members on key project activities and deliverables
  • Assist in the business development activities by supporting proposal development or contributing towards relevant collateral



We are looking for an exceptional individual with the ability to:
  • Proven track record of success over at least 7+ years, with experience at an established management consulting firm
  • 10+ years of previous relevant experience directing/leading HR Transformation programmes, including shared support workstreams and dedicated project teams, delivering an integrated programme of work across the HR COEs.
  • Knowledge of major cloud systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle Cloud, Coupa, Kronos, Salesforce, etc.), functional HR processes (including payroll and time & attendance) and methods governing HR analytics, service delivery models and digital service experience design
  • Bachelor\'s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
  • Strong understanding of HR Operating Models and Organisational Design methodology, the development of design principles, governance, structure, integrators and performance measures.
  • Experience leading and contributing to the activities within a project or team, including excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate design workshops or present recommendations to client or KPMG stakeholders
  • Experience in successfully leading and embedding a major change programme and designing and implementing a change and communications plan would be an advantage
  • Experience planning and leading consultation exercises and managing the people implications of an HR Transformation programme (as-is activity analysis, redundancies, assessment, outplacement etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, Visio) and use of virtual collaboration tools preferred
