Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to understand current ESG themes and latest developments and provide relevant insights to the team
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities to provide services
- Contribute new ideas as part of a dynamic team to grow the advisory business
- Develop points of view on the challenges and the opportunities related to specific themes in the asset and wealth management industry, including ESG and sustainability
- Pursue and win work as a team
- Execute engagements and projects with clients in areas of expertise, including sustainability related projects.
- Keep up-to-date and monitor latest market trends through internal data gathering as well as continuous external market engagement
- Prepare presentations and proposals for internal and external use
- Track and maintain log of pursuits and opportunities, and keep prospect database up-to-date
- Maintain financial hygiene on work through timely billings, collections and recording
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Management or other relevant domains; or
- Professional qualifications/certifications such as CFA, CAIA, Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) - related or other industry-relevant skills programmes;
- Experience in relevant business domain e.g. an investment operations or finance role, business strategy and planning, ESG or sustainability would be a plus;
- Dynamic and self-motivated, passionate about the asset and wealth management industry;
- Ability to deliver high quality deliverables in demanding situations and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to varied client requirements;
- Capable of analysing a problem, structuring ideas, identifying possible solutions and key success factors;
- Rigorous, curious and proactive;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and organizational skills and proficient in the use of presentation development apps;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of any other Asia Pacific languages would be considered an asset.
