As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers to leverage data and technology to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

• Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems

Minimum Years Of Experience

• Minimum Years of Experience 3+ years of handling core technical portion in any automation process.
• 1+ years of experience building solutions using OCR tools and NLP-related technologies
  

Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member including the following areas

• Design and development of data cleansing routines utilizing typical data quality functions involving standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking and matching that leverage knowledge within data, master data, metadata, and technology management.
• Support senior team members in gathering business requirements, data requirements, data analysis, and testing for data strategy, data roadmap, and data solution implementation projects
• Support technology and data solution assessments to provide point-of-view and recommendations.
• Good Experience with the programming languages: Python or R in areas such as predictive modeling, web scraping, and Natural Language Processing.
• Automating of processes and analytics and the technologies that enable automation (Alteryx, ABBYY OCR, UiPath, Power BI, Tableau).
• Utilizing relational databases, SQL servers, and writing SQL queries.
• Utilizing technical skills in MS Office (Advanced Excel, VBA is a strong plus), G-suite.
• Determining the appropriate software packages or modules to run, and how easily they can be modified.
• Understanding of the functionality of finance systems, such as General Ledgers, Sub-Ledgers, Finance Data Warehouse/Repositories, and other related applications.
