Job Description

Our client, an international insurance company is looking for highly driven sales professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Stationed in bank branch to provide financial solutions to customers
Establish customers' financial goals
Determine their current financial situations to identify any shortfalls
Develop wealth management strategies to plan for their future
Customize solutions for individual needs and regularly review financial plans
Be a financial solutions provider who provides affordable solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals
Act as financial coach to provide guidance on saving

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Degree/Diploma in Business relevant fields of studies
Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and good interpersonal skills
Possess strong leadership qualities and a mind towards excellence
Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities
Dynamic individual who strives in fast moving environment
