Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and plate fine-dining dishes according to recipes and standards
Assist in menu development, food preparation, and tasting sessions
Maintain high-quality presentation and consistency in every dish
Manage food storage, inventory, and kitchen mise-en-place
Ensure strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen (HACCP standards)
Coordinate with kitchen and service team during peak operations
Monitor food quality, portion control, and freshness of ingredients
Support kitchen operations during events and VIP dining services

Service Crew
Responsibilities:
Provide fine-dining table service and guest support
Take orders, recommend menu items, and serve food/drinks
Set up tables and maintain dining area cleanliness
Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service flow
Manage POS orders and payments
Requirements:
At least O-Level, Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
Candidates with
F&B / Retail
or related experience are welcome to apply.
