Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the team in day-to-day operations.
  • Serving and clearing of food and beverages.
  • Developing a professional relationship with guests.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the establishment.
  • Recommendations for wine/sake pairing is a bonus.
  • Maintaining minimal breakages and wastage.
  • Application of suggestive selling techniques to improve guest satisfaction and overall revenue.
Requirements
  • Well groomed and fluent in English.
  • Disciplined individual opened to learning and self improvement.
  • Passionate about food, beverage and service excellence.
  • Able to interact with guests and hold a conversation.
  • Basic wine/sake knowledge is a bonus.
  • Team player
