Plan and coordinate production schedules for liquid compounding, and bottle packaging line
Ensure efficient utilization of production capacity and resources

Manage inventory levels of finished goods
Optimize production batch sizes and scheduling to minimize waste and reduce costs
How you will contribute and lead
Analyze demand forecasts and production schedules to determine optimal inventory levels and shipping schedules for liquid flavor products
Create process orders in SAP to trigger production and manage inventory levels
Monitor finished goods status, tracking inventory levels, and resolving discrepancies
Collaborate with production planning and scheduling teams to ensure alignment and resolution of issues
Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions, ensuring business continuity and minimizing impact on customer orders
Manage production capacity constraints, moving process orders and adjusting plans as needed to ensure timely delivery
Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turns, fill rates, and shipping performance
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP regulations
Specific SAP Responsibilities:
Create and manage process orders (POs) in SAP
Monitor and update PO status, including confirmation and goods receipt
Manage inventory levels and tracking in SAP
Collaborate with SAP team to resolve system issues and optimize process efficiency
Decision Making:
Analyze data and make informed decisions on inventory levels, production scheduling, and shipping priorities
Evaluate potential supply chain disruptions and make decisions to mitigate impact on customer orders
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to make decisions on process improvements and implementation
Use critical thinking and problemsolving skills to make decisions in a fastpaced environment
Consider multiple factors, including customer service, cost, and quality, when making decisions
Communicate decisions and rationale to stakeholders, including production planning, logistics, and customer service teams
Job RequirementsWhat you will need to be successful Requirements:
3+ years of experience in finished goods planning, logistics, or supply chain management in a food manufacturing or compounding environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with various stakeholders
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, with focus on customer service and quality
Proficiency in SAP ERP system, specifically in process ordering and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP, and HACCP principles
Experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in a packaging environment
Preferred:
APICS certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM)
Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with liquid flavor production processes and ingredients
