Job Description

We're hiring Fintech and AI Graduates and Interns - someone who takes ownership, creates structure from ambiguity, and gets things done.

In this role, you'll support high-impact initiatives across AI, digital transformation, and future skills. You'll work with global teams, manage project workflows, and use AI tools daily to drive efficiency and insight.

If you learn fast, adapt quickly, and want to grow into a systems thinker, this is for you.

What You'll Do

Break down complex projects into actionable plans and timelines Coordinate across teams to ensure clear execution and delivery Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot, etc.) to boost productivity Communicate clearly and proactively with internal and external stakeholders Spot problems early, propose solutions, and keep momentum high Reflect, learn, and improve every week

What We're Looking For

Strong execution skills, but with the mindset of a problem solver Fluency or active use of AI tools - or eagerness to master them fast Highly organised, structured, and reliable Excellent communication and digital collaboration skills 0-2 years' experience in project management, consulting, operations, or similar Most importantly: the ability to learn quickly and grow rapidly
