Fire Safety Manager (fsm)
Job Description
The FSM shall be in charge of the following:
Implement control of Flammable Material into the tunnel according to the Company's requirement.
Implement tunnel emergency evacuation plan according to the Company's tunnel SOP.
Conduct weekly spot checks and inspection on flammable material in tunnel per tunnel zone.
Documentation with photos of weekly spot check per tunnel zone on a weekly basis.
Plan monthly fire drill at each tunnel zone of work and submit the fire drill report
Participate in meetings and fire drill with SCDF
Plan, document and implement tunnel evacuation plan
Coordinate directly with Distribution Control Centre (DCC), Tunnel Control Centre (TCC) and all other Contractors working in the tunnel on the monthly fire drill.
FSM shall ensure that all WSHC are equipped to provide Safety Induction Course for all workers working in the Tunnel, including other Contractors.
FSM shall work in collaboration with the Contractor to finalise the material for the SIC course.
Requirement :
At least two (2) years of relevant experience.
* Qualification of FSM according to SCDF requirement.
