About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Corporate Real Estate Services

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide long-term strategy for management and execution of contracts across CRES by engaging with internal stakeholders
• Develop strategic relationships and negotiate with key vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals that meet requirements of stakeholders
• Benchmark, identify, propose and implement new approaches and solutions to improve the management processes covering the areas of supplier performance, supplier relationship management and supplier risk management
• Lead and provide oversight for Group for commodities under CRES and ensure compliance to Group\'s internal policies and processes
• Provide functional guidance to the region and provide advisory support for overseas purchases

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution and/or certified Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), PMP will be an advantage
• Minimum 15 years professional work experience, of which 10 years in Procurement in business transformation, operational excellence, procurement operations and governance, vendor and/or contract management
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading teams; cross-country management would be advantageous
• Corporate Real Estate experience would be essential such as in facilities management, data centre, \'smart\' building, office & branch security, fit-out and refurbishments, general services and sustainability procurement
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form and in engaging and managing senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and effective negotiation skills; good track record of pricing and contract management experience
• Requires strong planning and organization skills to drive and manage multiple projects across team
• Strategic thought leadership and proven ability to analyze cost and benchmark pricing
