About the Department

UOB Private Bank
is dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assets of$5million and above. Keeping in mind our clients\xe2\x80\x99 financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group\xe2\x80\x99s comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the development & growth of the Privilege Banking Franchise (Privilege BankingReserve) and to ensure quality service and operational effectiveness. You will lead, motivate and manage a teamof Client Advisors in bringing in sales to meet targets. In addition, you are to ensure adherence of the team toBank\xe2\x80\x99s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements including complying with the FAA andrelated Acts.

Job Requirements

• A recognised university degree
• At least 10 years of experience in the banking / financial industry, preferably in sales of financial andinvestment products
• Good understanding of bank regulations & compliance requirements
• Strong leadership, people management & interpersonal skills
• Experienced in managing a team especially in the relevant Privilege Reserve segment
• Possess relevant accreditation (M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI)
