Overview:

Fisher Investments Singapore (FIS) is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to provide tier 1 and 2 support to our FIS employees. Come join a growing investment firm as a member of Fisher Investments Singapore.

The Opportunity:

As the Fisher Investments Singapore (FIS) Service Desk Specialist, you will report to the Vice President of End User Support to provide in-depth desktop support to FIS and its employees. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex PC and network problems.

The Day-to-Day:

Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support to end-users efficiently and effectively Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of end-user software and hardware Establish network connectivity and hardware and software configuration Support third-party software applications Track, resolve, and escalate all incidents and requests in ServiceNow Execute physical end-user inter- and intra- office relocation services Responsible for software pushes and desktop imaging Help develop and improve the Service Desk's efficiency and customer service rating Order equipment and services for employee business usage Provide a prompt response to user requests for information and assists in application system problem resolution May assist with translation services

Your Qualifications:

2 or more years of experience in IT and Infrastructure and Operations A+ Certification Expertise in Problem Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, and the overall Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework Demonstrated success in decision-making and troubleshooting Excellent customer service skills Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Fluent in business English A University degree, technical certifications, or combination of education and hands-on experience required
