Fitness Sales Consultant

to join our growing team.





As a Fitness Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our studio -- inspiring potential members to begin their wellness journey, building meaningful relationships, and driving membership growth through excellent customer service and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with walk-in guests, leads, and inquiries (online & offline) Conduct studio tours and explain membership options, classes, and facilities Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals Achieve individual and team sales targets for membership and personal training packages Build strong relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals Participate in events, promotions, and outreach campaigns to generate leads

Requirements

? Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness


? Strong interpersonal and communication skills


? Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude


? Prior experience in sales or fitness industry is an advantage (but not required)
