Job Description

Salary: Basic $2,200 +Uncapped Commission + Full Medical Coverage + Complimentary Gym Membership (Gross can up to $3000-$4000)

Working day: Monday-Sunday (Depends on roster arrangement)

44 hours / week (6 rest days per month)

Working timing: 10am to 7pm / 9am to 6pm (Depends on roster arrangement)

Working location: Island-wide

Job Responsibility:

• Actively creating leads, following them up, and converting them into new fitness members.
• Actively engage with new and existing members to obtain potential membership referrals.
• Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs.
• Demonstrate how the facilities and offerings at Fitness Centre can help them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Providing support at Front of House to ensure our members receive the unparalleled Fitness First experience.
• Work as a team to successfully exceed the membership sales targets and KPIs.

Job Requirement:

• Willing to work on weekend and public holiday.
• Keen to join fitness industry.
