Location: Raffles Place, Tanjong Pagar, Marina One, Paya Lebar, holland Village, Duo Galleria Salary: $1,500 + Commission + KPI incentive Job Scope: Perform in line with expectations identified within the Exercise Experience Coach journey. Provide exceptional service through our gym floor product range including ensuring the gym areas and equipment is maintained and presented as laid out as per brand standards. Deliver all products in line with the service level expectations attached to gym floor services and PT sessions combining unique physical experiences through to uplifting mind-body journeys. Leverage your personality to create a culture where the community become loyal clientale. Embrace feedback and suggestions to improve exercise product delivery. Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members. Keep all workouts safe (considering equipment, technique and pre-existing injuries). Stay on top of all admin to ensure seamless booking, payment and validation of sessions. Naturally act as a brand ambassador to support marketing activities as required. Job Requirement Required recognised personal training certification to deliver PT sessions. Have your first aid, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and can readily obtain a clear Working with children Check (if required).
