Fitness Trainer (freelance)

Job Description
We are looking for passionate trainers in guiding our members through group fitness classes at F45 Bukit Batok Central. This is a freelance role with opportunity to work weekday morning, evening and weekend shifts. You\'d genuinely welcome everyone who walks through our door, engage the participants with motivation and proper techniques and constantly strive for self improvement. You\'d be expected to:
- Come to class prepared with a good understanding of the workout for the day.
- Deliver introduction, verbal cues and demonstrate each functional movement with proper execution and confidence
- Guide the form and safety of our participants during the session
- Offer modifications, regressions and progressions when necessary
- Support, motivate and engage participants and create an inclusive environment for all
- Be a Certified Personal Trainer / Group Class Instructor from an NCAA accredited course
- Have a valid First-Aid/CPR+AED certificate
- 1 year of relevant coaching experience
- As a freelance trainer, you should be able to commit about 15-20 hrs/month, preferably weekday morning/evening shift.
- Early shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- relevant coaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- PT / Group Instructor cert from NCAA accredited course (Preferred)
- First Aid & CPR certificate (Preferred)
