- Manage the team of Asst Boutique Managers, Senior and Junior Sales Associates coaching them towards achieve the store objectives
- Proposed, design & execute up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.
- To develop and maintain efficient inventory management
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
- To ensure staff members provide exemplary customer services ensuring high standards of performance in service excellence.
- Relevant working experience as a Retail Manager/Boutique Manager/Department Manager before
- Passion in luxury bags/Ready to wear/shoes
- Possess leadership quality
- Location: Orchard
- 5 days week
