Our team is consistently searching for new places to fly, new ways to add value and new ideas to improve performance.We are looking for an experienced individual to perform the role of Fleet & Planning Engineer in the Engineering & Maintenance Department.Reporting to the Fleet & Planning Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for planning, scheduling maintenance activities in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Schedule. The incumbent will be responsible for Line Maintenance (planning), continuous airworthiness monitoring, retrofit campaign management, and support the management and coordination of aircraft inductions and returns.Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Schedule, co-ordinate and monitor compliance of tasks in accordance with aircraft maintenance schedule and technical documents.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with Aircraft OEM and MROs to develop and review maintenance schedule for aircraft maintenance.
• Detailed planning and ensure all scheduled Line Maintenance activities are accomplished prior to due date.
• Ensure no overdue of airworthiness directives or mandatory requirements.
• Detailed planning and preparation for aircraft induction/new deliveries or returns
• Co-ordinate and schedule retrofit campaigns and other aircraft projects as required
• Undertake other relevant duties as required by Fleet Planning Manager

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Aerospace/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in aviation maintenance planning
• Good understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Schedule and Maintenance Planning
• Team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good understanding of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAAS) requirements and procedures.
• Good verbal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Trax Maintenance software is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.
