Job PurposeThe Fleet Executive will be responsible for recruiting and managing hirers for BIS Motoring. He/She will need to support the Fleet Manager in planned sales activities including manning satellite sales outlets, running roadshows, qualifying sales leads as well as engage existing hirers regularly to drive a high level of loyalty and engagement as well as business performance.Responsibilities- setting up sales campaigns
- qualify sales leads
- ensure current hirers stay up to date with company\'s latest initiatives and promotions
- garner feedback on aftersales service and action on them with internal stakeholders support as directed by Fleet Manager
- garner feedback on hirer benefits and propose changes if necessary
- ensure hirers\' rental and other payments are collected in a timely manner
- renew expiring contracts based on targeted renewal rates
- collate data and prepare management reports as directed by Fleet Manager on acquisition, renewal, aging of rental due, operations key indicatorsQualifications & Work Experience- At least 1 years of direct sales experience
- Excellent collaborator and stake holder management
- Strong hunter and driven by targets
