Primary Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor live anomalies activities.

Liaise and follow up with site technicians to ensure timely execution of assignments, in compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Dispatch instructions for preventive fleet maintenance.
Coordinate dispatching actions and transportation routing of vehicles between stations.
Alert relevant departments and coordinate necessary actions in case of breakdowns or issues.
List and analyze service\'s technical needs.
Anticipate risks, analyze data, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Manage incidents, including investigation and reporting.

Key Requirements: * Possess NITEC/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.

Previous experience in fleet management, transportation, or automotive field is a plus.
Strong teamwork, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in IT tools and Microsoft Office.
Hold a valid Class 3/3A/3C driver\'s license and familiar with Singapore roads (an advantage).
Willingness to work on night shifts, including weekdays and/or weekends (44 hours work week with shift allowance provided).
