Company background: Singapore based transportation services field*School Division*Job Summary:Working location: CentralWorking days & hrs: Mon - Fri, 7am - 6pmSalary Range: up to S$ 4,000++ (dep on exp) + AWS + VBPrimary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transport operations, including route planning, bus scheduling, and driver management to ensure timely and safe student transportation & subcon payments
• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Service & Operations staff, providing training and performance evaluations to enhance service quality.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained to safety standards, conducting regular inspections and coordinating maintenance schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for school administration regarding transport issues or emergencies.
• Address and resolve operational challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and performance metrics.
• Work closely & foster good working relationship with school counterpart and Core Team to align transport services with goals and regulations.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
