Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide quality customer service and on-site support to clients of Strides Premier\'s car rental business.
Responsibilities
- Fleet Ops (Delivery/ Collection)- to deliver and collect vehicles from clients whose lease is to commence or ended
- Maintenance Support Ops (Servicing/ LTA Inspection/ Accident/ Return)- to collect from and return vehicles to customers for purpose of servicing, vehicle inspection, accident
- OT Standby
- Weekly Rotated Recovery Duty (staffing 24Hours Hotline to attend to clients\' breakdowns/recovery)
- Manning the company phone (Answering breakdown calls/ Activating recovery team base on case to case basis
- Filing/ Scanning (Hard copies) - Monthly
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email)
- Other jobs, assigned by Controller
- Working experience in the Automotive industry is a plus
- Singapore Class 3 driving license
- Basic computer literacy
- Technical familiarity with cars and ability to troubleshoot simple issues, is an advantage
