Provide administrative assistance and support to Operations & Technical Fleet Support Assistant ( Logistics / Operation Admin ) Working days: 5 days Location: Clementi Salary: $2000-$2600 Summary . Provide administrative assistance and support to Operations & Technical Teams . Maintain and ensure Job Files are updated in Sharepoint . Follow up with vessels and file the ship reports in Sharepoint . To assist to key in details for Mariapps . Any ad-hoc assignments as required Document control as required Support in tender submission other admin support as directed by Fleet manager
