Whether you're behind the bar pulling the perfect shot, or leading the floor with warm hospitality, you'll be part of a crew that takes pride in creating memorable cafe experiences -- one cup, one guest at a time.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Flexi Barista:

Craft quality coffee with care and consistency, from espresso shots to latte art. Share your coffee knowledge and passion with guests and teammates. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar, ensuring smooth cafe operations. Support service flow and collaborate with the front-of-house team during peak hours.

As a Flexi Service Captain:

Lead and support the service team to deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service. Create a welcoming cafe environment and build meaningful guest connections. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service. Handle guest feedback with confidence and positivity.

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality is preferred. A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, people-oriented environment. Genuine love for coffee, food, and creating great experiences. Flexibility to work on

rotating schedules, weekends, or peak hours
