  • Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard

Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Bachelor\'s degree, or a minimum level of GCE \'O\' Level or equivalent with a pass in English, accompanied by at least 1 year of flight attendant experience
  • Right to live and work in Singapore (for candidates who wish to be based in Singapore)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and in at least one of the following Asian languages: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Malaysia, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, or Thai. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an added advantage
  • Minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe
  • Successful pre-employment background check (including criminal records)
  • Physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
  • Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry would be advantageous
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
  • As the position you are applying for is a Safety Sensitive Role you are also required to pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be done following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373

Personal & Application Information

Candidates holding a valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above taken on or after 01 October 2021 will be exempted from the English assessment.

Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day in Singapore in early October 2023. Candidates are expected to finish the assessments in one day. The estimated date of joining for successful candidates will be in the first quarter of 2024.

For candidates applying to be based in Hong Kong and require a work permit to reside and work in Hong Kong, their employment will be conditional on immigration approval; please refer to the for details.
