Supervise and coordinate the work of front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
Manage the flow of customers, reservations, and table assignments to optimise efficiency and maximise revenue
Monitor service levels and take immediate action to address any issues or complaints
Implement and enforce established policies, procedures, and standards to maintain the highest levels of quality and consistency
Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance overall business performance
Provide coaching, training, and development to front-of-house staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting, as required
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar floor management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using various hospitality management systems and point-of-sale software
A deep understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and revenue optimization
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
