Involved in the overall operations management of the Club, not limited to opening/closing of the Club, promoting events to generate revenues, supervising frontline employees, facilities management and customer relations. Shall upkeep and promote the Club's Mission and Vision to our members and build rapport with our members. Responsible for members' satisfaction level through the implementation of existing procedures and improved systems where necessary. Overseeing the front-of-house operations and handling the daily sales and reporting. Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximise revenues. Supervising and providing training to employees on our reservation system if necessary. Responsible in front of house staff duty roster planning, formulating work schedules monthly and outlining each employee's work duties. Follow up on members' feedback and provide information to related departments on any member incident. Managing budgets and ensuring inventory of stocks and equipment are kept up to the established par levels for smooth operations. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new employees to work in different positions at the Club. * Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
