Position: Floral Styling Trainer (Part-Time / Contract)
Pay: $50 per hour
Location: In-person
About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and passionate Floral Styling Trainer to conduct engaging, hands-on classes in floral arrangement and design for adult learners.
Responsibilities:
Deliver practical and interactive floral styling sessions.
Prepare lesson plans and materials to suit different learner levels.
Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure lessons reflect current floral design trends and best practices.
Requirements:
ACLP or ACTA certification preferred (strongly prioritized).
Trainers without ACLP/ACTA may also be considered based on relevant experience and teaching ability.
Background in floral design, event styling, or creative arts.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Creative, adaptable, and enjoys interactive teaching.
Preferred:
Portfolio showcasing floral or event styling work.
Experience in WSQ or corporate training.
Able to teach on weekends when required.
