Responsibilities
- Design and prepare floral arrangements, bouquets, hampers, and decorations according to customer requests and company standards. * Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and gift items based on their needs and preferences. * Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing flowers, materials, and supplies. * Prepare floral arrangements for events, weddings, corporate functions, and festive seasons. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, storage space, and display shelves. * Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally. * Support daily shop operations and participate in visual merchandising activities.
- Previous experience as a florist or in a similar creative role preferred. * Strong knowledge of flower varieties, care methods, and design techniques. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Physically fit to handle flowers, move items, and stand for extended periods. * Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak seasons when required.
