To manage facility operations by implementing quality standards and procedure for preventive and corrective maintenance works
To lead facility team comprising technical officers, supervisors, technicians, and service providers
To provide advisory and troubleshooting for technical difficulties and recommend corrective actions to take
To analyse maintenance data and manage performance of service providers in their service delivery
To advise on maintenance and repair scope of works to client where necessary
To work with safety officer to review compliance on regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices
Education Qualification
Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant disciplines from a recognized university
Relevant Experience
Minimum 2 years relevant experience (for Degree Holder), or 5 years relevant experience (for Diploma Holder)
