Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the Singapore Operations for the Facility Management and act as a Client SPOC in Singapore.

2. Liase with Regional PMO team, QHSE and Finance team for all the Singapore related activities.

3. Create a consistent Approach in APAC for all Maintenance activities and standardize on all the service reports. Make sure all the maintenance activities are done consistently across APAC.

4. Ensure that all the Assets are Tracked on the Asset Insight and Si7. All new Assets and Replacement are added and deleted on time from the system

5. Work with every FM\'s / Account Managers / FC to build and keep up the 5-year Maintenance CAPEX Plan. Create and Manage the Annual Maintenance CAPEX Budget for all the APAC Countries.

6. Work with the Global Engineering Lead to update the Asset insight every quarter for addition and changes.

7. Work with the PMO team to ensure all the process and procedures are followed for all technical works

8. Align all the Method statements for all the countries and closely work with the QHSE lead to align on the QHSE activities.

9. Support the APAC Team on preparing the RFP and scope document for the small project works under the FM team.

10. Provide Technical Expertise and Technical Advice to the APAC team for any issues or trouble shooting

11. Manage and analyse all the Reactive works to categorize on the severity and repetitiveness of the work orders. Work on Proactive Reactive Work order management and work with the FMs to create a periodical site walk abouts.

12. Conduct technical Investigations on case-by-case basis for issues in the APAC Region.

13. Manage the Asset Life Cycle Management Program for all the 13 APAC Countries.

14. Work with both Global and Regional Teams to implement a consistent approach to FM Services

Accountabilities

1. Accountable to Regional QHSE Manager / Regional Operations Manager / Regional Alliance Director

2. Accountable to Global Engineering Manager

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Education

A good general education is required. A good level of practical (ie hands on) experience is required, such as a maintenance engineers role, Engineering Supervisor, Project Supervisor, Manager or similar.

Training

Formal training in a practical / hands on role of some sort.

Experience

Practical experience must include:

  • At least 7 to 10 years\' experience working in a technical capacity
  • Knowledge of FM and Project Works
  • Knowledge of Risk Assessment & control measures in a practical environment.
  • Providing education, guidance & advice to assist operational teams.
  • Monitoring & analysis through spot checks, audits, engagement and oversight.
  • Appreciation of working within a multiple site/international environment.
Aptitudes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Numerate with a high degree of computer literacy.
  • Conversant with Excel, Word, Sharepoint
  • Some experience with Power-point would be desirable

  • Good attention to detail
