Job Description
Organize, monitor and supervise facility maintenance operations;
Manage & oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, maintenance, cleanliness of the office premises including public toilets and wards, ensuring safety of staff, residents and visitors;
Carries out routine checks and all other equipments;
Assist in monitoring all work performance by external contractors;
Any other assigned duties as and when required.
