? In-charge in the implementation of the health protocols and in ensuring the health
and safety of the employees and customers in the workplace
? Ensure customer's satisfaction by promoting and observing excellent service and
responds to customers' needs in a timely and professional manner
? Does inventory count, organize stocks and manage food cost
? Present various reports and other administrative requirements as needed and
submits on a timely manner
? In-charge with employees' productivity, training, performance management,
attendance and discipline
? Responsible in helping the Restaurant Chief achieve the sales targets and store
performance
? Mastery and Execution of MIC's High Impact Leadership Disciplines:
- A. Pre-shift
- B. On-Floor
- C. Post-Shift
