YAA requires special focus on our YaraVita (Foliar, Biostimulants, and Coatings) product line in all markets. This role will be the go-to expert for creating value, developing markets and bringing us scale. We will use YaraVita as a key enabler in achieving our strategic ambition of growing a nature-positive food future. This position will be part of the regional innovation and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the YaraVita strategy within YAA, supporting the ambitious growth plans Yara has for this product line.
• Support the Business Development team and local markets to identify and materialize business opportunities for YaraVita
• Follow up on business performance (sales volumes and premiums) for proposing corrective actions when deviations are seen.
• Portfolio management to ensure that we have the correct portfolio in all relevant markets, be the link between product management, product development/R&D and the markets.
• Gather market intelligence on foliar and biostimulant products and overall market to support management decisions
• Seek opportunities on collaboration with other companies and other stakeholders to develop new products/technologies
• Develop new business models to enable growth and scalability
• Work in accordance with relevant legislation, Company Health & Safety Policy, Yara Safety Principles, Golden Rules and in line with Company Values

Profile

• Action oriented with a passion for getting things done.
• Ability to communicate and influence in a multi-cultural and complex environment.
• BSc in a science, business, engineering or agriculture discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience with the development and commercialization of Foliar and Biostimulant products
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• English is essential, other language/s useful.
