Job Responsibilities:

Position Overview

The F&B Captain assists the Restaurant Manager in directing and organizing the staff to ensure first class service, food & beverage offerings and marketing to maximize profits and guest satisfaction. Responsible for opening and closing the outlet each day and achieve guest satisfaction at every service opportunity, the incumbent ensures smooth operation of the outlet with compliance to health & safety standards.

The Role

\xc2\xb7 Ensure service standards and process are observed to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction when dining

\xc2\xb7 Take order accurately

\xc2\xb7 Provide food & beverage service

\xc2\xb7 Make recommendations confidently and appropriately

\xc2\xb7 Handle complaints and follow up promptly with guests on incidents to complete feedback raised

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in relevant fields

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year working experience in F&B environment

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Education Level: Diploma
