ABLE TO MAINTAIN THE FRESHNESS OF FOOD SERVED. 5. SOURCING THE REASONABLE RAW FOOD SUPPLIER FOR CREATION OF FOOD MENU. 6. UNDERSTAND THE SAFETYNESS OF KITCHEN PREMISES. 7. CREATITIVTY IN DAILY FOOD MENU
