We are looking for a
Food & Beverage Cashier
to join our team!As a
Food & Beverage Cashier
, we rely on you to:Provide, friendly and efficient service to all guests in the outlet. Process all payment transactions at F&B outlets. Ensure that charges are correctly and accurately enter the POS system for all sales and payments. Prepare cashiering report on daily transaction including the required reports according to policies and standard operating procedures. Be responsible in reporting any discrepancies/abnormality of daily transaction according to company policies and procedures. Work closely with Service Crews to ensure all billings are accountable and correctly charged.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experiences working in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in a hotel/resort setting. Able to work in both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Able to operate F&B POS System. Experience in preparing F&B Cashier Reports. Has strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travellers, as our resort is an international destination. Willing to work shifts.
