Job Scope

• Assist in all food preparation and cooking
• Maintain & keep the kitchen area clean
• Ensure hygiene policy and standards are fulfilled and followed strictly
• Assist chef/supervisor in all kitchen operations as required
• Responsible for all culinary duties, including productions, preparation, cleaning, opening setup, and closing
• Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations
• Provide customer service
• Handle payment :handling cash and credit card transactions
