Responsibilities: 1) Ensure the smooth operation of the F&B outlet;
maintenance issues are quickly resolved and hygiene standards are met
Manage budgets, maximise profitability and set/ meet sales targets
Lead and motivate team to achieve organization goals
Manage customers complaints, compliments and feedback
Manage stock inventory and stock control
Recruit, train, supervise and appraise staff
Perform stocktake for the store
Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met as well as compliance with various government legislation (NEA, AVA, SCDF etc.)
Continuously review and enhance existing store operations and processes to improve business
Liaises and works closely with tenants located in the outlet
Tasks include (but are not limited to) stall rental, inspection of tenant stall, and maintaining tenant relations.
Assist in day-to-day administrative duties including (but not limited to) collection rental from tenants, daily sales reporting and employee scheduling
Carry out other duties as and when requested by management
Requirements:
At lease 2years experience in this position
Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Good people management skills, communication and listening
Skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Team player with ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
Strong in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Management)
