Supervise daily food production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, SFA).
Coordinate manpower allocation and monitor performance of production workers.
Ensure all machinery, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and operated safely.
Check raw materials and finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas according to company SOP.
Prepare daily production reports and assist in production planning and inventory control.
Train new staff on production processes, hygiene, and safety practices.
