Job Scope:1. Prepare ingredients trays for NFS practical lessons/practical exam2. Maintain cleanliness of two NFS kitchen (sweep, mop, help clean cooker, table and sink that are not properly cleaned by students and clear waste bin)3. Assist with food, kitchen equipment and cleaning materials/ equipment order4. Keep track of ingredients stock and expiry date5. Clean refrigerator once in June and October6. Wash and fold kitchen towels and apron (washing machine and dryer available)7. Contact OM to report defects in kitchen 1 and 28. Maintain cleanliness of Staff Lounge 2 (sweep, mop, clean table and sink, top-up washing detergent and clear waste bin)9.
