Job Description

/ Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor food processing equipment.

Prepare raw materials for production (washing, cutting, measuring).

Follow recipes and batch instructions accurately.

Pack, label, and inspect finished products.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.

Follow food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).

Report equipment issues or product defects to supervisors.

Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.

Comfortable with handling meats and machines.

Have Halal Competency Assessment certificate preference.

Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to work weekend.

Working Days:

6 days/week (Rest Day on Saturday)
