Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities

Use specialised tools (e.g., boning knife) to debone meat according to the production requirements or customer orders; Use knives or cutting equipment to perform skinning, slicing, trimming and portioning operations; Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and tool /equipment in compliance with food safety standards; Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.

Working Hours

6 working days (Monday to Saturday: 04:00am - 12:50pm)

Job requirements

1 year of hands-on experience using Knives, Mincer, Slicer and related machine for meat preparation. Comfortable working in 8 - 12 C working environment, uniform will be provided.

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,600.00 per month
