Proven ability as a Production Supervisor or similar role Willing to use various types of manufacturing machinery and tools Organizational and leadership abilities Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Problem-solving skills Able to work longer hours with prolonged periods of standing Willing to work on weekends/PH

Responsibilities:

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. Oversee and coach employees. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Check production output according to specifications. Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and suggest solutions. Train new employees on how to use machinery and follow procedures safely. * Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards, including compliance with high-temperature working environments, deep-frying operations, lifting and carrying heavy objects, and handling bulky items.
