Job Description
- Assist and attend call to Guest/ Customer Needs
- Responsible in food order taking
- Serving the food/ drinks
- Cleaning the whole dining premises
- Arrangement of the table set up
- Giving Guest/ Customer Bill for payment
- Washing and wiping the Glasses
- Refill drinks and other bar stocks to their proper places
- Prepare backup for the utensils, chopsticks, and condiments
- Another task that may assign from time to time relevant to Service Operations
- Male / female
- with or without experience
- Excellent customer service, including patience and a friendly demeanor
- Exceptional organization and time management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Great active listening skills
- Ability and willingness to collaborate
- Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Capability to learn quickly and memorize menu details
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible work schedules that include nights and weekends
